Yes, but a very slight lip. Nothing close to an Otter Box for example.

There is not. I’m used to the Otter Box and this case has taken some getting used to but overall all it’s been a great case.

There is a small lip. Just enough to keep the case on. It does not interfere with operating the phone. It also does not block any of the screen, so you are not giving up any screen real estate.
