“Quality Speakers list the watts on their specs... No one shoud have to be asking what the watts on a set of speakers are..I guess that answers my question...”

These are powered speakers, with a wall wart power supply, and they take input from a headphone jack. They don't need and shouldn't get much power, jsut what is in the spec range for such jacks.
