Once it starts doing that it’s best to buy another one. As dirt and other small particles get underneath and it won’t stick anymore.

It is my guess that following the instructions to the "T" is very important as a measure of preventing such malfunction. I don't expect that I'll be experiencing this issue. I was very careful to remove all dust with the item provided for such a measure.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’d take it back to the store, sounds like a defect. This is Bestbuy’s in store brand and the sale associate told me it has the same lifetime warranty as the other brands and they will replace it in store if it cracks or has issues.
