“Why does the cover shut off the tablet and not allow us to work on it when the cover is on? We have tried to put it in both ways possible but it does not come back on.”

Ours squeeze the tablet so hard it wouldn't work with it cover on it. Take it out of the cover and it worked fine.. ebbed up returning it and ordering one off Amazon

The cover secure tab areas are messing with sceen sensitivity. I was going to return dor the same issue but had another case from my other tablet that i swapped them out and now i have no issue. So basically the case is NOT compatible with your device.
