“I have Windows 7. Purchased another mic, it doesn't get the same volume as my previous device. I will return it. I've heard this can be a problem with some mics. Has this been an issue for users of this microphone? Don't want to return a 2nd mic.”

I use the mic daily as plugin for my dell laptop. The laptop doesn’t pick up sound when I’m not sitting directly about the laptop. Using this mic has made it easier for me to speak without hovering the laptop. I have an older Lonovo computer and it’s works really well that laptop also. Hoped I’ve helped.
