“I would be buying this microphone for an 89-year old woman with a very soft voice to use during Zoom meeting. I understand it is very sensitive, but does it have effective noise and echo cancelling technology, too.”

In my opinion, this would work very well for that purpose. I do think she should be more like 12 inches or so away to be heard clearly by others. Please read my review, the other aspects of this mic may also be helpful for using on zoom.
