“I think it is working and the mic test is working and everything, but whenever I plug it in the mute button is blue for a second, then turns red. I can't unmute or anything. And even beyond that, the mic test on my computer works but on discord it doesnt.”

• Try to remove the Microphone from the Device Manager.

• My Insignia mic has never given me a problem like this. Might try a different USB port.
