“I purchased a white NS-PCA3V USB to VGA adapter but the driver won't install. Box says "for windows" but inside instructions say"for Window 10. Does the black adapter above work for a windows 7 computer?”

• Try Compatibliity mode. Right click the executable and look for "Compatibility" and see if it works in Win 7 mode

• I would imagine that if the instructions say that it's windows 10 dependent, then you would need at least windows 10 for the device to function correctly. In terms of the device that I purchased I used it in the capacity to allow me to connect and view my laptop content on a larger monitor.
