QuestionI just got the USB type C to HDMI adapter. I have the Google pixel phone. When I plug in the adapter to the TV and phone. No image is transferred. I've check to make sure I'm on the right input. Still nothing. Any suggestions

QuestionI have a usb-C adapter to HDMI When I connect my phone there's no image with the projector? Idk what the problem is, I have a zte z981 phone, I don't get it. I have a firestick I can use to mirror the image but it doesn't work with netflix ? & it's slow

- Answer You have to check your input output display setting and or usb connection settings for it to work and enable it for data transfer instead of just charging feature and it's guaranteed to work.

- Answer This adapter should work if the USB Type C port on your device supports Display Alt mode. If the USB-C port on your device is for power only, this adapter will not work for you.

- Answer This will not work with your iPad Air. Instead of having HDMI to USB-C, you need a connector that has HDMI to Lightning Connector.
