“I understand that this has been asked many times, but I'm having random volume problem, also it does not show temperature at all (I did ask google about the temperature first). I wonder if there's newer firmware? The one I have has system firmware 105”

I have the larger Insignia Portable speaker but this should work for your smaller speaker. You need the latest firmware... it's ver. 306. It fixed quite a few bugs. The way I understand it, you do a reset and it updates to version 306 during the new setup. Resetting also solved my volume up and down problem. Hope this helps.
