“The time on mine freezes. For example, the alarm went off at 5:00 am but the clock displayed 4:25 am. It will remain at that time all day until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. That usually works for a couple of days. Suggestions?”

Mine do the same thing, I have 4 of these in my house and they all started doing this about two weeks ago. I have to unplug them them. But it happens again. Did you get a response back that was helpful??
