• Exactly the same thing, but I think the Insignia Voice has a better speaker, and it tells time...

• Yes, they do the same thing. There are many devices that have Google Assistant baked in. Any differences are most likely hardware related. I got this because it has a clock displayed. The speaker is good enough. Maybe not for an audiophile, but for my bathroom it's fine. I like it enough that I also got the portable one for my bedroom
