“When I have set a multi day music alarm, the clock display keeps blinking when I say "stop". To keep this from happening I have to cancel the alarm and reset it every day. Is there a way to stop today's alarm and keep the "every weekday" alarm active?”

If you hit one of the volume buttons, instead of saying "Stop", that will stop the flashing. I have no idea if this behavior is by design, but I agree it's annoying.
