“I am wondering if the alarm/clock function is independent of power and wifi.. In other words if the power for my house goes out and the internet is also out... will the alarm still function and wake me up assuming 5hr battery still going.”

• Yes the Alarm will still work if you have no internet and the power goes out in your home. I tested this and was shocked it worked so this is a great item to have, again only if your google home has the power it will work
