“My unit stopped working. All it does now is pulsate the 4 LED lights on the top of the unit. The "buttons" below the 4 circles still turn on/off when I touch the unit, but it won't boot or do anything. A long-press of the power button has no effect. Help!”

I believe there is a small reset button on the bottom of these speakers. You will need a slim pin to insert and push the reset but hopefully this will do the job. Good luck!
