At Google Home app sign in for the second speaker, location you put at as (bedroom or bathroom) and press the back button hold for 4 seconds to locate the wi-fi and your I D just enter your password.

If by pairing you mean play at the same time, yes. In google home there is an option to set up groups. A group can have as many speakers as you want. I have several groups . Full house with all speakers, living room with just living room speakers and out door with, just the speakers in the deck. I have been impressed with these speakers and have bought several!
