“Insignia NS-CSPGASP2 -I have had this product for a year. Last night the clock stopped at 11:45 pm.This morning it was completely turned off even though it was connected to the outlet. I tried holding the mic Button for 15 sec but it won’t respond .Help??”

There’s a tiny reset button on the bottom. Stick a straight pin in, should reset.
