Has anyone had problems with the music cutting out when playing via Bluetooth when the music is real soft? The other nite I was listening at a real low volume I think 10 or 15 and the audio kept cutting out with the speaker less then a foot from my phone. null

I have the same issue. But not just playing music from blue tooth also using Google Play service. Happens every time I turn down below 15. I have 4 of the Insignia Google Assistants and same issue on all. Turn it up, no issue.

Thanks for sharing with us your concern about this speaker. Please know that the volume has nothing to do with the functioning on the smart speaker. The Bluetooth speaker is capable on detecting the signal coming from your phone, but still you can check that nothing else or other devices are not interfering into both devices.
