“I have charged mine for a couple days now and finally unplugged it and power is completely out. It won’t turn on even if I said “Hey Google.” Should I exchange it or is there a way to turn it on when it’s unplugged?”

The speaker does NOT have an internal battery...it must be plugged in to work. The usb on the back allows you to charge another device from the speaker.
