I hope this issue gets sorted out soon because right now mine is completely useless to me. It's not actually muting output during silences it's muting when the sound drops below a certain level. BIG difference.

Please try again later.Hi Dallas, Regarding your inquiries about the sound cutting in and out at low volume I would like to explain that this is a design feature of most digital amplifiers. If you reduce the volume <5% and play music that has long pauses between instruments / vocals the speaker will detect this pause and auto mute the output.
