• Yes it will work with any smartphone with bluetooth capabilities

• I do not know. However, it works well with the phone I use it with. If your phone is Blue tooth capable, and with that turned on, it may work. It took me a while to figure out and it pairs fairly quickly, or at least with the phone I used.
