When paired with a 360 camera, it does disappear extremely well in the footage, yes. But it’s not actually invisible in real life.

Not when your physically looking at it. It dissappear on the clip you just recorded. Warning ,it does show up as a shadow when filming with the sun.

Yes as long as you keep it directly under the camera itself no matter what way you move the camera. Technically you could use any selfie stick as long as it remains under the bottom of the camera.
