I have never had a problem other than on my end putting the numbers in wrong ....re-enter a few times.

A similar question/answer coupling states that the code 'starts with the letter N, or another letter,' so it is very possible that you are using an incorrect set of numbers in place of the correct code.

Not sure, mine worked. But the last digital gift cards I tried to order. Never came, and apparently they were "out of stock"
