• No my understanding is that Instant Ink account require Instant Ink cartridges, not the retail versions, the Instant Ink cartridges are bigger length wise and contain much more ink. While, your retail cartridges are supposed to work even with Instant Ink, you will be charged per page and it will count against your monthly usage, Instant Ink is by the sheet of paper you print not the amount of ink you use.
