Where is the "Manual" button on the 6 QT model? null

Great question, Sarah! On the newer versions of the Duo 60, the 'Manual' button has been re-labelled 'Pressure Cook'. Other than the label, it's the exact same, so any recipe you find that mentions the 'Manual' button can be recreated perfectly by using 'Pressure Cook'. We hope this helps!

I was confused by this too. The answer is, there is no "manual" button. To change the temp setting you just press on the "Slow Cook" button repeatedly. If that doesn't answer your question try to google it, that's how I found my answer.
