“After a couple years of use, the inner pot has a film of food or spices I can't clean off. I've tried as much as an SOS pad (not too tough on it) but, after drying, the film is still there. Any suggestions for cleaning?”

Hi there Dave. To remove stains from the inner pot, please use a non-abrasive cloth or scrubber dampened with baking soda and vinegar. Please rinse and dry your inner pot, especially the bottom. This will prevent any residue left from the soap transferring to your heating element. Residue can also be from hard water stains. We hope this helps!
