“Never used (brand new out of the box) and it is not "waking up" after it initially turns on and I can see the display. HELP”

Hi, JeanneClaire. If your pot doesn't seem to be turning on, double check the following: make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into the outlet, and the cooker base if it's a detachable cord. Sometimes they can get pulled partially out and aren't fully making the connection. Also check that the outlet is providing power normally.
