No, due to the fact this is a desktop processor die, which means that the LGA socket and the associated cooling pattern is substantially different from the mobile variant. However, there is a mobile variant. Please note while am not positive I believe "M" appended to the model number indicates this.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most laptops have soldered-on CPU’s, so first figure out whether or not you can actually replace the CPU in your laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Laptop CPUs are almost always soldered to the motherboard and could not be swapped even by a professional.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately this could not fit in the laptop chassis. The only way of upgrading the laptop processor is buying a new one :( . Hopefully one day that will change.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately this is a Desktop CPU; so replacing your current CPU with this one wouldn’t be compatible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most likely not unless you really balled out on your laptop even still I don’t don’t of any laptops that have the LGA 1700 socket in them, most laptops have both the cpu and gpu dies soldered directly onto the PCB, only thing you will be able to upgrade is probably storage (m.2 ssd) or ram (you will want to look for LPDDR which is made specifically for laptops).
