• Yes any Intel CPU with a K in the model# is unlocked and can be overlooked in the bios menue

• Yes, assuming you have a motherboard that supports it and/or the know-how to do it manually. I got a 14% OC using the default OC settings on an Asus Z270H. From my understanding, chip models ending with "K" are unlocked and can be OC'd.

• Yes you can. there are alot of guides on how to do this on youtube. If there is a "K" at the end then that means the cpu is unlocked and can over clock
