Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately Vista operating system is not supported anymore. therefore this software cannot be installed on your computer. I experienced this problem 2 years ago, even though my processor was a Pentium 4 and Vista (service pack 3). You can call your computer maker's customer service to see if you can upgrade your OS to Windows 7, however, downloads and updates will most likely be slow. My recommendation is to get a new computer (like I had to) with Windows 10 in order to have TurboTax function properly. If you have filed your taxes using TurboTax on that VIsta computer, you can use a flash drive to retrieve the data for personal info and any prior tax loss carry forward for import to your new computer.
