you can disable the lighting on Razer Synapse.
You cant change the color or make it static though.

There is an all green keyboard and mouse , both of which have pulsating light options and brightness adjustment , you cannot change the colors on these or make them blink any faster or slower , but there is the chroma keyboard which has more colors still , those are basically your two options , as for functionality its the same deal reguardless of colors tehy're both amazing products , for gaming of simply if you use your pc to work .
