You can hook the headphones up via the TV's 'digital audio out' jack. The cord that connects the charging station to the TV can be flipped so that either end is plugged into the charging station. You want the side with only 1 plug to be connected to the charging station, and then connect the side with 2 plugs into the TV's 'digital audio out' jacks (there should be 2 -- a yellow one and a red one). Match the colors on the cord plugs to the TV's audio jacks. You will be able to mute the TV and still hear sound through the headphones, or adjust the volume on both accordingly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your TV has the red/white RCA jacks in the back, then you can still use them with your TV. The connector cable can be reversed to either utilize the RCA jacks on the TV or (if your TV has one) it's 3/8 inch audio port.
