“I have (2) of these Ion Power Glow 300's. When I link them only (1) Microphone works. Is there a way to use (2) Microphones one mic for each speaker simultaneously while music is being played? With these stock mics? Also what size tri-pod stand I need?”

Use an interface. A linked speaker copies sound from the first speaker so input 2 mics to the interface then plug interface into the aux of the main speaker. Or use a blue tooth mic like JBL it comes with 2 mics and uses one interface that plugs into the aux.
