“The instructions mention enable the "power on" voice prompt by briefly pressing Bluetooth and link buttons at the same time. I see no instructions for how to use the voice option, which would be very helpful. Please advise.”

I think you need a device like Alexa in order to use voice command. The Solar Rock has it’s own voice prompts but it’s just to say “Connected/Disconnected” or “Power On/Off”.

They are not voice controlled. All can do is turn on/off the voice that says power on and power off.
