Thanks for your question! Short answer: Yes, via both means! For a wired connection, you'll use the MIX OUT port on the rear of the device and connect to an available audio input on the second speaker. The port is a 1/4" TRS out, but you can use adapters to connect via a 1/8" (AUX) input or XLR, whichever suits you.
