Make sure the battery's in stock BEFORE your appt.  I called and was told because my phone's an older model, they would have to order it.

I was told Apple pulled back their stocks of batteries, and now they have to order a battery when you bring in the phone. They said I have to leave the phone until the battery arrives, typically 7-10 days. Guess it’s a 250-mile drive to the nearest Apple Store now. Doesn’t sound like Best Buy’s fault, but they admitted it’s virtually impossible to service iPhones now.

They will most likely not have the battery and you will have to have a second appointment.
