Q: QuestionI dropped my phone off Monday. I called for an update and the lady told me it was sent to Apple and it could be up to a week before I get it back. Why do I see same day repairs on batteries but mine is taking a week and has to be sent off?

• A:Answer I had this done about 3 years ago on an iPhone 6s… on that model they had to replace the screen if the ear speaker was not working. On my 6s the screen replacement was $150 and the Apple Store completed it in about 2 hours.
