A:Answer Best Buy made an appointment via the service app on apple. They (Apple) did it while I waited. I initially took it to best buy and they told me they would send it away for service, and I could have picked it up the next day. I didn't want to wait. They said if I was willing, I could just drive a little further to the apple store and they could do it while I waited. They even set up the appointment for me.
