The local Best Buy store happened to have my battery on hand, so it was more getting on the schedule of the technician that can replace batteries. Only certain technicians can make the replacement. The technician had to look at my phone to see if I was eligible to get a new battery. The amount that the battery is used up is a good indicator. The cost depends on whether it is under warranty or not. I had to just pay labor because it was under warranty.

I have an older phone, but I think the timeframe would be the same. They estimated three hours, but it was complete completed in less than two hours.
