“I have a 1995 Buick Century. I would like to get a Bluetooth adaptor, and/or an adaptor that will allow me to add a CD player and possibly a navigation map to by vehicle while keeping the stereo component in the car and keep it active. Would this do it?”

This unit is used to transmit audio from a compatible Bluetooth device, such as a smart phone, to a car stereo. If you are using that device for answering phone calls, navigation/mapping, or streaming music, when connected to this unit it will transmit the audio to the car's stereo.
