“I was sold this 102W Nano Super Charger as a replacement cord when my power cord to my HP laptop quit working. It does not seem to be the correct product. I can not figure out how to put it together to use as an extension cord. Is it the wrong product?”

First, snap the AC Extension Kit into the adapter. Then plug the Power Cord into the wall outlet. Unplug the Power Cord before removing the AC Extension Kit. Make sure you hear a "click" when inserting the AC Extension Kit into the adapter.
