I don't know anything about gaming keyboards but I have my wireless Microsoft dongle plugged in, and it works just fine. I have a Logitech wireless mouse, again with no problem. In addition, I have an 8TB Seagate XHD, two HP printers, one laser, the other an inkjet, and my Brother MFC copier/scanner, with the last port used for my CD player/burner.

So, year, it all works beautifully. Sorry I cannot address your specific gaming keyboard and mouse.

Yes, but you need to use it connected to its ac power adapter, most non wireless gaming keyboard need more power for the led lights, so this would work fine.

Yes it will, all you have to remember is the max bandwidth of a single usb 3.0. That being said I don't believe peripherals will come near maxing the bandwidth

I have a wireless Microsoft mouse working on this item. As it is a USB 3 unit any keyboard with a USB connection should work well. It does not impact the capabilities of any device plugged into it.

If it is a USB, then yes. Do note that sometimes products work better when directly plugged in to the computer, but the USB hub works fine for me and mine is completely filled.
