It's possible that may work, however, if the 2 external lights requires additional power through the USB ports, you may have to attach a USB-C power adapter to the power delivery port on the USB-C Multi-Port Hub. When using a USB-C power adapter, the multi-adapter powers both the adapter (with attached peripherals) and your laptop.
