If the Cricut machine has an available USB Type - A connection, it's possible it may work or may not due to drawing too much power from the USB-C Multi-Port Hub with Power Delivery. It may be considered as a high-powered USB device. You can try testing by attaching a USB-C power adapter to the USB-C power-in port to allow additional power to the USB ports.
