I recommend contacting support mentioned on the website and a specialist will gladly diagnose, troubleshoot and offer an exchange if necessary under the manufacturer's two-year warranty.

When I unplug my power brick, the laptop will pick up the power for the JCD543 and power the outputs to the monitors. Plugging and unplugging the USB-C from the laptop and plugging it back in will cause the laptop to rediscover the JCD543. If that does not work, you may have a bad unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Dell and I know I had to download the drivers from the JS Crew website. I also know for 4K I have to have one monitor plugged in to the laptop and the other can be plugged into the docking station. Hope this helps! FYI I did have to uninstall and reinstall it a couple of times. Make sure, also, you have all you updates up-to-date.
