From my experience they stay in very well compared to others. WAY better than the Bose ones I've got. Ears are just about as unique as fingerprints though, so your results may vary.

I also have to say they fit very well in my ears, but im not sure if it will hold under extreme vibration, like when you are running or jumping constantly.
