Yes, I run equipment all day long and can hear my music perfectly. Phone calls also are heard well.

Yes you should. Especially with the noise canceling features. Try adjusting the noise canceling features while the lawn mower is on.

It honestly depends on how well the earbuds fit in your ears (the better they fit the better ANC will work), if the ANC was optimized correctly using the Sound + app and how loud your riding mower is.
