Hello Jeff, the Jabra Elite 4 Active is designed to pair with smartphones and tablets. Though some users may have success pairing the 4 Active with a computer, we cannot guarantee full functionality. Thank you for your question!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. When you turn your Dell Bluetooth on, make sure and delete any previous iterations from these earbuds. Start fresh. So then put the buds in the case for a 3 secs. Pull the out. Likely you will need to press both buttons on each earbid for 3 seconds, them you will hear their chime ready to connect. Now I suggest your computer we power Bluetooth off, them back on. No look at the options. You'll see two, one for the Kabra has a Bluetooth logo, don't click that one but do click. It should show up the same entry again with a headset logo, click that one and they should connect..click the same one as before witt the headset icon. If you mess up and try to connect the one with Bluetooth logo, it won't connect and you'll need to be
