“Can I use these with a 24 inch TV. ? My mom is 92 and needs them. We are getting her a new 24 in Insignia TV”

I actually got them for my father for that reason as well. His TV was not bluetooth compatible. But if hers is should work fine.

At this time we do not recommend you pair the Jabra Elite 45h directly with a TV as it is optimized to be used primarily with smartphones or tablets running either iOS or Android. While many of our users have found success pairing their devices to their TVs, this is not something that we officially support. For this reason, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance problems that may result.
