• Yes. It's built into the headphones with an extra mic and doesn't matter what they connect to for sidetone

• Hello Alex - No the Jabra Elite 45h is not intended for use with a PC. Some users have successfully connected their Elite 45h to an unsupported device but full functionality is not guaranteed.
